1) Strategic Assessment

2) CRM Training

Training principles:
  • Separation of physicians and nurses for first four modules teaches effective communications in a non-threatening environment, and insures problems and solutions are surfaced

  • Consolidation of physicians and nurses in modules five through eight enables synergistic problem-solving, dynamic teamwork with inputs to leadership, and total commitment by participants

  • Each module starts with a quick walk-a-round quiz to engage everyone

  • Use of multimedia, coupled with highly-skilled facilitators, sustain a high energy level and active participation by all

  • Implementation of changes to process and culture start almost immediately

  • Recurrent traning should be provided at least every two years.
