- The Apollo Program is designed to achieve and sustain the client's Desired Outcomes.
- The Apollo Program consists of four sequential elements.
1) Strategic Assessment
Inputs drawn from:
Lead to publication of the “Strategic Assessment Report.”
The “Strategic Assessment Report” provides the roadmap.
2) CRM Training
Training principles:

Separation of physicians and nurses for first four modules teaches effective communications in a non-threatening environment, and insures problems and solutions are surfaced

Consolidation of physicians and nurses in modules five through eight enables synergistic problem-solving, dynamic teamwork with inputs to leadership, and total commitment by participants
- Each module starts with a quick walk-a-round quiz to engage everyone

Use of multimedia, coupled with highly-skilled facilitators, sustain a high energy level and active participation by all
- Implementation of changes to process and culture start almost immediately
- Recurrent traning should be provided at least every two years.
